Recently, the New York Times wrote about a dish called the Bacon Explosion, created by the guys at BBQAddicts.com. One of our editors thought it would be a great idea if Rick and I prepared the dish. If you really like bacon and barbecue sauce, then you might enjoy this dish. I don’t think we exactly did it justice.
