Walking through the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in a state of trance induced by ten hours of air travel, I was more than a little surprised to see a woman playing fetch with her dog in the middle of the terminal.

My wife and I were on our way home from a friend’s wedding. We missed our girls, so it was a welcome bit of entertainment to watch this little Chihuahua-mix with a full-sized tennis ball dangling by a thread from her undersized mouth.
