Looking for a good reason to save your tapes as an archive? Assistant sports editor Mike DiMauro and I went back through all of our high school football videos this year to assemble a collection of top plays. Our original intention was to out together a top 10, but in order to try to be inclusive of more schools, we ended up doing a top 15. Otherwise the collection would have been almost all New London and Montville games. Of course if I had been planning this all year, I could have just saved the clips in their own Final Cut project as I edited each game. Something to keep in mind for upcoming seasons.

One nice feature we were able to add was allowing online readers to vote for their top play of the year.
